Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026
1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Neura Infra, a Delaware entity ("Neura Infra", "we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information in connection with this website, our commercial communications, our recruitment process and our pre-contract engagement with prospective clients, partners and suppliers.
This policy does not apply to information processed by our clients within their own environments, or to information we process solely as a service provider under a written client agreement. In those cases, the relevant client's privacy notice and our contract govern, and we act only on documented instructions.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. Name, business email address, telephone number, company, role, country, project details, capacity and schedule requirements, and any other content you include in a contact request, newsletter subscription, job application or supplier submission.
Recruitment information. Where you apply for a role, we may collect your CV, work history, professional qualifications, references and work-authorization status, and any information you voluntarily disclose during the process.
Information collected automatically. IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, session duration and interaction events, collected through server logs and privacy-conscious analytics.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric or government identifier data) through this website. Please do not submit such information through our forms.
3. How we use information
To respond to inquiries, qualify and scope prospective programs, prepare proposals and manage our relationship with you; to administer recruitment; to operate, secure, monitor and improve the website; to send technical updates and industry insights where permitted; and to comply with legal, tax, audit, export-control and sanctions-screening obligations.
Where consent is the basis for processing (for example, marketing email or non-essential cookies), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Where processing rests on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights and document that assessment.
4. Disclosure of information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM, applicant tracking and professional advisers) under written agreements that restrict their use of the information to our instructions and require appropriate confidentiality and security.
We may also disclose information to qualified specialist partners where necessary to respond to your request, in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger or asset sale, and where required by applicable law, legal process or a lawful request by public authorities, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy: contact and proposal records for up to seven years following the last substantive interaction to satisfy contractual, tax and limitation-period requirements; recruitment records for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them earlier or applicable law requires otherwise; marketing records until you unsubscribe; and technical logs for up to thirteen months.
When information is no longer required, we delete it or irreversibly de-identify it in accordance with our retention schedule.
6. International transfers
We operate internationally and may transfer personal information to, and store it in, the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data-protection rules that differ from those in your country.
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or equivalent mechanisms, together with supplementary technical and organizational measures.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to correct inaccurate information; to request deletion; to request a portable copy; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and not to be subjected to unlawful discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
To exercise a right, contact privacy@neurainfra.com with sufficient information for us to verify your identity and locate your records. We respond within the period required by applicable law — generally thirty days, extendable where permitted, with notice to you. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority.
You may opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any commercial email or by contacting us directly. Transactional and relationship messages relating to an active engagement are not marketing and may continue.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, and — only where you consent through our cookie banner — analytics cookies that help us understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You may withdraw or change your cookie choice at any time through the banner or by clearing cookies and adjusting your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair site functionality. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where technically feasible.
9. Information security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, including encryption in transit, access control on a least-privilege basis, network segmentation, logging, vendor due diligence and periodic review of our controls.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators where and as required by law.
10. Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under sixteen years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@neurainfra.com and we will delete it.
11. Governing law and disputes
This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or to our processing of personal information are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for such disputes is the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the right to bring a complaint before a supervisory authority in your place of residence where mandatory local law grants you that right.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date and, where the change is material, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
13. How to contact us
Privacy questions, rights requests and complaints: privacy@neurainfra.com. Legal notices: legal@neurainfra.com. We aim to resolve concerns directly; where we cannot, you may escalate to the competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
